I would rather put a rough flow in front of people on Thursday than polish a guess until next month. Tight loops — sketch, test, cut — keep the work honest and the team moving.

I say what we know, what we are betting on, and what will slip if we add one more request. Alignment is a design problem: same artifacts, same language, no surprise reviews.
Build systems that scale
A one-off screen becomes six slightly wrong screens. I design components that encode behavior, density, and states so squads can ship without reinventing the table, the empty view, or the focus ring.
